Strange Bitter
I had a Munton's bitter kit and some extra dark DME laying about, so I experimented -- the Fuggles and Saaz came into it because I had just looked up the flavoring for one of my favorite commercial beers, Sam Adams Boston Ale. This recreates the taste, similar to bitter, but with a much sweeter aftertaste.
