| Steep: | Steep crushed chocolate malt and roasted black barley in 1.5 gallons of water at 150º for 30 minutes. | |||||||

| Add 1.5 oz of Nugget hops for one hour boil. Add .5 oz of Nugget hops to fermentor after one week. Bottle after two weeks. |
