I tried to imitate Irish ale Smithwicks.
The name is the same of our cat.

Bitterness: 20 IBU
OG: 1.044 FG: 1.006
Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Water: From discount. Filtering with Irish moss
Grain: 0.20kg British crystal (170 EBC)
0.005kg Roasted barley
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.080 5 liters
1.0kg Light dry malt extract (8 EBC)
Irish moss g 10 - 15 min
Hops: 14g Challenger (8.2% AA, 60 min.)
7g Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: n 1 envelope of yeast S-04 gr. 11,5
Carbonation: 2.2 volumes Honey: 57.5g for 9 liters @ 23C
