.75 oz. Willamette (4.8% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Cascade (5.8% AA, 30 min.)

Single fermentation of 11 days.
Carbonation: 2.9 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.99 oz. for 4.5 gallons @ 70F
Tasting: This was my first go at an Amber. This is a deeply red, full mouthfeel amber, with a wonderful chocolate finish. Smooth, creamy, and wonderful.
