Zested 4 blood oranges, added 2.4oz at 15 min out, 2.4oz at flameout. Late add DME at 15 min out, to get higher IBU. |

Carbonation: | 3.2 volumes | Corn Sugar: 4.72 oz. for 3.625 gallons @ 75°F | ||||||
Used 15 Tbls corn sugar, to get Hefe style higher carbonation. | ||||||||
Tasting: | After one week, VERY good, nice orange balance. Pours hazy like a Weizen! A keeper!! |
