Yeast: | Cooper's Dry Ale Yeast rehyd. 15 minutes prior to pitching in 80° F. pre-boiled water. |

Log: | Primary Ferment-6 days in glass Secondary Ferment-13 days in glass After half of batch was bottled I add 2oz. of Raspberry Extract to the rest of the batch. |

Carbonation: | 3/4 cup Corn Sugar | |||||||
Tasting: | Next time I will use a liquid yeast. Maybe Wyeast #1056 (American Ale) or White Labs #WLP001 (California Ale). |
