This turned out alright! a great style to brew and to drink!

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 15 liters
Color:
75 HCU (~29 SRM)
Bitterness: 29 IBU
OG: 1.078 FG: 1.024
Alcohol: 7.0% v/v (5.5% w/w)
Grain: 250g British crystal 50-60L
200g British chocolate
Steep: brought grains up to 65degrees for 30mins
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.117 10 liters
3kg Light malt extract
500g Brown sugar
Hops: 60g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
20g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
15g Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: English ale yeast
Log: primary fermentation at Ale temps for 10 days, then bottled
Carbonation: Primed with sugar
Tasting: Great! full of flavour! strong caramel notes with a nutty and floral finish. maybe a bit too sweet though, possibly need to ferment out more.
