A nice beer on its own. the hopping is quite delicate and nice. Nelson Sauvin, has a juicy grape quality)
Blended version -
After 3weeks this beer is really authentic(great!), especially in terms of sourness and sweetness. it has a nice tartness from the wheat yeast, and is balanced nicely by "Fidelio" Its only slight fault is that is missing those real aromatic belgian malts. But by 6months or so it should be even more marvellous.
