Dr. Robert's Rx
A northern English Brown Ale, brewed for my brother-in-law Robert. The man likes Newcastle. I like an excuse to propagate yeast for an upcoming imperial stout. Thus, a proposal was struck. Expecting good things from this one.

| To hopefully counteract the highly attenuative yeast (WLP007) I'm mashing hot: 157*F for 60 minutes. 10 minute mash out at 168*F. | ||||||||
| Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.033 | 7.5 gallons | |||||
| Whirfloc at 15 minutes prior to flameout. Wyeast yeast nutrients at 5 minutes prior to flameout. | ||||||||
| Hops: | .85 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.4% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.4% AA, 15 min.) |
