Chet and Carols Irish Ale
This is an Irish ale recipe that I found. I dedicating it to my brother-in-law and his family in memory of their parents and my mother-in-law as well

| Steep: | I am steeping the British Crystal 60 and 120, the roasted barley and British chocolate at 150° for 30 minutes. Remove grain |

| Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.145 | 1 gallons | |||||
| 3.0 lb. Light malt extract liquid 8 oz. Amber dry malt extract |

| I am adding the British Pale malt extract and boiling for 60 minutes | ||||||||

| Yeast: | Cool the wort down to 70° add Wyeast Irish ale yeast. | |||||||
| Log: | I plan on fermenting at around 70°-75° for 2 weeks will check FG and bottle. | |||||||
| Carbonation: | 2.0 volumes | Dried Malt Extract: 4.41 oz. for 4 gallons @ 72°F | ||||||
| I will carbonate/condition in my basement, Temperature runs between 55°-60° | ||||||||
