| Mashed at 153°F for 75 minutes. 1.5 quart/ lb of grain (4.22 gallons strike water). Stirred once every 15 minutes Fly Sparged with 4.6 gallons at 170°F for 50 minutes. Add the 20 minute hop addition during the sparge runoff, not during the boil |
