Extra Special Brew
Bottled after 10 days in the primary. Tasted it before bottling and it has a butterscotch kind of flavor and a dry finish. Smooth. Not bitter at all. Definitely needs to age for a few weeks. A little darker than I expected but has a real nice copper color. Simple brew. Not exactly an ESB but close enough for me.
