| Log: | Started at room temp, 72°. Had good fermentation after 8 hours. Transferred to 48° cooler for two weeks. Removed and let set at room temp for 24 hour diacetyl rest. Racked to 5 gal better bottle, lowered temp to 38° and let set for six weeks. | |||||||
