| Tasting: | Spilled perhaps a galleon & elected to top the fermenter to the 5 g. Resulting brew was lighter in color than anticipated. Good hop bitterness with malt backbone. Need a brew without the dilution but I thick this is a good recipe for a Cascadian Dark | |||||||
