Rooibos Beer
Rooibos is an African tea without caffiene (unrelated to tea). It has a pleasant taste and red color. 0.36 oz. is about 4 tea bags, add more if you like. I used CL-660 as a clean inoffensive lager yeast, any other similiar lager yeast would work. Color will be a little darker than shown from Rooibos red tone.
