American wheat with orange/tangerine
Looking for a nice american style wheat with just a hint of orange for the holidays.
Note Amarillo hops used not cascade.

| 4 oranges and 4 tangerines, zest 2 each, peel all well (no white material), section all remove seeds, all into bag, steep in 2 qt. water at 160 for 20 min, bring to boil briefly, cool to RT and all to primary before wort. | ||||||||

| Log: | Brew 11/14/10 Primary for 4 day, into secondary on 11/19/10. Bottle on 11/28/10 (48 X 12 oz). |
