| Log: | After primary, I added 3 lbs of pureed watermelon to the secondary. I boiled the watermelon to remove any bacteria then ran it through a strainer to remove any pulp. | |||||||
| Tasting: | N-Has an almost belgian-sour note in the nose. Initial taste is that of the secondary sweetness of watermelon. | |||||||
