| Steep: | bag Malts and Flaked Rye put in cold water heat to 160F turn off heat let steep for 30 min. | |||||||

| add 1tsp Irish Moss with 15 min left in boil. after 60 min boil remove hops add 1 1/2 pound of both Raspberries and Currents let steep for 30 min. | ||||||||
| Hops: | 1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 15 min.) |

| Yeast: | Wyeast American Wheat used pint starter,Use blow off tube | |||||||
| Log: | Primary 1 week, rack to secondary over 1/2 pound Raspberries and Currents leave for one week. bottle with 3/4 cup corn sugar. | |||||||
| Tasting: | The Color is actually a nice reddish because of the fruit. I wasn't sure about this one I brewed this because I had a lot of both raspberries and currents in freezer after tasting it I can't stop drinking it. | |||||||
