ApriCat Wheat II
This is a nice full mouthfeel apricot wheat, it is not overly sweet or syrupy. It has a very nice orange glow, and you can taste the subtleness of the apricot after each swallow.

| Yeast: | White Labs Liquid American HefeWeizen, Number #WLP320. At the same time I added the yeast, I added 4.0 lbs of apricot filling, puree, that I bought at my local bakery. They had it with large chunks of apricot in it, within an apricot gel base. |

| Log: | Brewed 4/25/03 Bottled 5/13/03 Actual OG was 1.066 and finished at 1.018. Alcohol by Volume of 6.3%. |

| Tasting: | A very nice grasscutting beer, with a nice apricot mouthfeel. But don't forget that it is about 6.3% potent. | |||||||
