Dirty Honey Dunkel
This beer is a mildly sweet very smooth and mellow Dunkelweizen. This is truly the best beer I have made. The alcohol content is just enough to notice after a couple. Great beer, try it!!

| Log: | I brewed this batch on 5/25/05, moved to secondary on 6/4/05 and bottled on 06/16/05. Fermentation temp was about 75 degrees. I let it set longer than normal,I think it was a good thing. | |||||||

| Tasting: | This beer was good at two weeks and just kept getting better! I found it's true finished taste at about 4 weeks. Good beer! I truly recommend if you like a great tasting beer. | |||||||
