| Mash: | 68% efficiency | |||||||
| 5 quarts (1.25 gallons) at 130F. Stabilize at 122F for 30 minutes.  Add 2.5 quarts boiling water, stabilize at 165F. Sparge with 2-2.5 gallons of 170F water. Try and keep grain bed at 150F. (Too hot = astringent) Collect 3 gallons of wort - add water if necessary (Too much run-off collected = astringent)  |
