| 100° Acid rest for 10 minutes, a protein rest at 122° for 20 minutes, then 150° for 30 minutes or until coversion is complete. Mash out at 168° . | ||||||||

| Log: | Dry hopp using 1/2 oz of Hallertauer Mittelfruh in the secondary fermentor. | |||||||
| Tasting: | After fermentation is complete I recommend chilling the beer to 34° for 24 hours then filtering it to avoid a chill haze. this recipe turns out great, and if you filter it, it will be as brillant and bright as any commercially available micro brew beer. | |||||||
