| Single infusion 1.5 qts/Lb @ 152*F for 60 to 90 minutes or until it passes Iodine test. Pull 10qts of mash at least 60% grain to a separate pot. Slowly bring to a boil stirring regularly to prevent scorching. boil for 30 min and add to mash to bring it up to 170 for mash out. Batch Sparge to make 8 gallons wort. | ||||||||
