| Tasting: | Intial aroma exhibits that of a flora scent. The taste is that of medium body with a bitter after taste due to the hops. The color holds true to the intent of the beer, a nice amberish color. This recipe was intended to be a clone of Sam Adams and to be honest I haven't compared it to Sam's yet. However, a beer worth making and drinking. | |||||||
