| Yeast: | I used the cheapest and in my opinion most consistent, Munton's 6 gram yeast and I started it with about 6 ounces light DME in warm water for around 30-45 minutes to get it going. | |||||||
| Log: | 01-05-08 Made Wort and put into primary fermenter 01-19-08 but into bottling bucket |

| Carbonation: | I used regular corn sugar mixed in with warm water to dissolve and added to each bottle. | |||||||
