Mash: 10 Gal Water @ 125F add grain rest 20min. Raise temp to 149F rest 20min. Raise temp to 167F rest 20 Min. Sparge with 5 gal 170F or above water. Boil 60 Min follow Hop additions. 15 min before boil end add 1/2 TBS Irish moss.
