| Remove from heat and add extract and candi sugar. Again bring to boil and add hops. Add the honey and 1 tsp Irish Moss - 15 minutes from end of boil. | ||||||||

| Log: | Primary for 7-10 days; Secondary 14-20 days | |||||||
| Carbonation: | 4.5 ounces of brown sugar. Boil the sugar in 2 cups of water for at least 10 minutes;allow it to cool while covered; pour into bottling bucket then rack from secondary into bucket to bottle. | |||||||
