Darker Shade of IPA
I made this because I had a hankerin for an IPA -
I threw in 1 oz of roasted barley and 1 oz of acid malt I
had left over from a stout recipe. We'll see what happens.....

| Yeast: | I used Wyeast London III (#1318) - started one day before boiling in 1 cup DME & 2 pints of water. |
