This is a nice light colored, medium strength, nice & bitter, very aromatic IPA with great head retention.

| I use 2 rubbermaid picnic coolers, one fitted with a phil's phalse bottom as a sparge / mash setup. | ||||||||
| Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.053 | 6 gallons | |||||
| 1 tsp gypsum added to water. 1 tsp Irish Moss added last 15 minutes. | ||||||||
| Hops: | 2 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.) 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 5 min.) 2 oz. Centennial (aroma) |
