This is a good, safe recipe with good results. Nothing too fancy.

| Bring water temp. to 155û. Steep grains for 40 minutes, keeping the lid tight with a towel. | ||||||||
| Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.101 | 3.0 gallons | |||||
| 6 lb. Light malt extract 1 lb. Amber malt extract |

| Remove grain bag and bring close to boil. Add Malt Extract and boiling hops. Boil for 60 minutes remove from heat and add Cascade. cool wort. pitch yeast. | ||||||||

| Tasting: | It should have been left longer in the secondary fermenter to clear a bit more. I recommend using Irish moss in the recipe to clarify a bit more. | |||||||
