Light Cream Ale
Hoping to make a light beer that my 'regular' beer drinking friends will like.

| Steep: | Crush grains and add to nylon bag. Put in 2 gallons of water at 160° for ~30 minutes. Sparge with hot water upon removal. | |||||||
| Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.099 | 2.5 gallons | |||||
| 3.3 lb. Light malt extract 1 lb. Light dry malt extract 2 lb. Rice extract |

| Hops: | 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.) |
