Basically, an Amber ale with added Pomegranate juice.

| Yeast: | English ale yest from previous brew . washed and then strengthened with starter. | |||||||
| Log: | 1 Liter of 100% Pomegranate juice will be added to primary on day 2 of fermentation. this is not included in the gravity calculations. should up the ABV and lower the IBU. Bottled Sep 14th. ended up with a calculated ABV of 5.9%. Pomegranate juice was added after 36 hours from pitching yeast. fermented 14 days, cold crashed in fridge for 2 days and than bottled. final bottled quantity was 19.4 Liters. ABV is a bit higher than calculated due to the juice. |

| Tasting: | presented to Homebrewers meet. they liked it. Pomegranate aroma and flavor come out nicely. comments: needs to be a bit sweeter to compliment fruit tartness. recommended use of Belgian ale yeast next time to improve fruitiness. |
