| Yeast: | German Ale 1007 yeast from YYeast. Awesome yeast to use that brings out a very smooth finish. Ideal to ferment at 65° to 66° F. | |||||||
| Tasting: | Awesome malt flavor and a favorite amongst friends. Similar to Abita Amber but with more malt and aroma. I used a 10 gallon tub with chilled water to keep the primary at 66°, and it has been effective. | |||||||
