| Log: | Brewed 6/23/02. My OG was 1.068. Dry-hopped in seconday with 1oz Willamette (what I had on hand). | |||||||
| Tasting: | Kegged on 7/6/02, FG 1.015. Started out kind of rough, but has improved greatly with a little aging. A lot of alcohol in the finish taste, good head retention. Definitely dry-hop with something to give more hop aroma over the alcohol flavor. I'm enjoying it ;-} Email me if you try this. | |||||||
