Prairie Pale Ale
This is just a nice ale recipe that I developed. I really don't know what style it would fall under, so I classified it as a Canadian Ale. Very drinkable, and a good one to to choose when introducing someone to homebrewed beer (colour and hops won't scare them off).

| Steep: | Throw the crystal malt in a grain bag or cheesecloth, and steep in about 3 liters of 150° water for 20-30 minutes (do NOT boil!!). | |||||||

| I like to add in 250g of maltodextrin for body and mouthfeel. I also throw in a teaspoon of Irish moss to help in clearing (add in 15 minutes before end of boil). | ||||||||
