This stuff rocks. If you like it dark and rich, this is the stuff. It makes guinness look like a pale pilsner. It is best if left in the bottles for at least 6 months

| Log: | Fermented for 2 weeks in the primary at ~70° . Followed by 3.5 weeks in the secondary at 65° . Should sit in bottles for at least 6 months but will get even better if left for longer. | |||||||
| Tasting: | I have had some of the biggest beer snobs I know taste this stuff and have yet to here a bad comment except possibly some aroma hops. Good luck. | |||||||
