| Added 1/2 cup of sweet ground chocolate at the start of the 60 minute boil. with 15 minutes left added the Irish moss with 5 minutes left added 8 oz of Lactose |

| Yeast: | Muntons Premium Gold bloomed in a cup of water before adding | |||||||
| Carbonation: | 5.oz of priming sugar 1oz Chocolate flavoring (found in candy making supplies)and 1/2 oz of Marshmallow flavoring added at this stage |
