| Single infusion mash,hold at 153 deg. for 90 min. Then sparge as normal. | ||||||||

| Added 5 Lb. of fresh blackberries at 45 min left in the boil. | ||||||||
| Hops: | 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Fuggles (3.3% AA, 30 min.) 1 oz. Tettnanger (3.5% AA, 15 min.) |
