Dirty Dog Porter
Hoppy, dry, slightly chocolatey. Very smooth. A little on the bitter side.

| Tasting: | It's bordering on too bitter, for my taste. It has a sharp "middle taste." To smooth it out, I would recommend using something other than Chinook for bittering hops -- Chinook is really over-the-top for this style of beer. |
