The garlic becomes just a hint of garlic flavor. It's a full bodied beer, and tastes a lot better than it sounds.

| 2 heads of garlic (cloves peeled and cut in half) boiled for 60 min. 2 additional heads (cloves peeled and cut) boiled for 20 min. |

| Yeast: | Cooper's Ale Yeast | |||||||
| Log: | All garlic left in the primary for 1 week. Removed garlic when racking to secondary (additional 1 week). | |||||||
| Carbonation: | Primed with 3/4 cup corn sugar, but will use honey next time. | |||||||
| Tasting: | Garlic flavor started dissipating rapidly in the bottle after about 3 weeks. Now (3 months later) you can tell that there was garlic added only if you know it was an ingredient. | |||||||
