| Log: | Dice up two honey crisp apples and place into fermentator. Brewed 10/12/08: Total Brew time: 1 hour 55 minutes Bottled 10/19/08 Tasting 10/26/08: AWESOME |

| Tasting: | Inital tasting: Scent of apples (no duh), however, the diced up apples did not enhance or should I say add to any flavoring to the beer itself. The beer is a light gold color with a a light body. The brew went down smoothly not leaving any bitter after taste. Will have to see how the carbonation effects the brew, let you all know in a week. Round 2: The carbonation made this brew even better than what I had hoped for. The after taste hints of the honey apple with a slight tone of bitterness due to the hops used. This has to be one of my favorite brews to date. | |||||||
