| In a hop bag combine: 4 oz. - 8 oz. of dried angelica root, 2.5 tablespoons of fennel seed, 1 tablespoon star anise (3 or 4 whole stars), and 1 whole lemon zest. Add hop bag to boil with 20 minutes remaining. Add honey to boil with 15 minutes remaining in the boil. |
