Fat Boy Wheat
I normaly like to use german tradition for bitter and a U.S. Saaz for a good 15 minute.

| Grain: | 4.0 lb. British pale 5.0 lb. Wheat malt .25 lb. 4 oz. Belgian Munich .50 lb. 8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils) |

| I mash my grains with a pound of rice hulls for 90 minutes. | ||||||||
| Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.049 | 6 gallons | |||||
| depending on how clear the wort is i use moss, but definatly not on a wheat ale. | ||||||||
| Hops: | 60 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.) 15 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.) |

| Tasting: | maybe more citrus and less earthy. more of a fruity yeast. | |||||||
