This is my first try at an all grain Scotch Heavy. All others have been extract and part-mash. McKeown is my family name.

| Can be also made to produce a double mash, to make a strong Scotch Ale, and a weaker (3.5% alc/vol) Two Penny ale. Scotch mash: 69°C, 1hr. Two Penny Mash:69°C, 1hr, using the spent grains and topped up mash liquor from first mash. |
