India Not Pale Ale
An IPA variation. Started with a friend's recipie that worked well for me in the past, but I changed a few ingredients based on what I had around.

| 3 gallon mash with all grains. 3 gallons of sparge water, but I ended up with 4 gallons of runoff (because there was so much water compared to the amount of grains). Mashed in a cooler, starting temp was 152°, finished at about 148°. Original recipie called |

| No additional ingredients. My Chinook hops were a little old, so I used about 25% more than the original recipie called for. |
