| Yeast: | S04 starter from 10/07/14 Started tasted smooth, but tart Nd bready. Some diacytal. Super clear. |

| Log: | Brewed 10/12/14 I used a brew bag to strain hops by placing the mesh bag in the fermenter and pouring the wort through it. I then pulled the bag out and rang out the hops. First time trying this. Bottled 10/26/14 Spigot got clogged with hop crud. Beer had a candy bar like sweetness. Tasty. |
