| Steep: | add 1 lb munich dark to 1.5 gallons water in brewkettle. Bring water uo to 165. Steep remaining specialty grain plus 5 ounce toasted coconut for 30 minutes. Sparge with .5 gallon 170 degree water. 60 minute boil. Add 5 oz coconut to primary and 5 oz to secondary. At bottling add 2-3 oz good organic coconut extract. | |||||||
