| Acid rest at 100° for 12 minutes, protein rest at 122° for 20 minutes then conversion at 150° for 30 minutes. Mash out at 168°. | ||||||||

| Boil for 90 minutes, add cluster hopps at 60 minutes then at 30 minutes. Add irish moss the last 10 minutes of the boil. Add the aroma hopps the last 5 minutes. | ||||||||
