| Used 12 drops Fermcap, still boiled over a touch. Needed spray bottle at the ready. Used pellets in a bag (paint strainer). 7.5 minute additon is actually 10min and 5 min additons of - Simcoe .75, Amarillo 1.0. Added 1 and 1 at Flame out. |

| Yeast: | WYeast 1335. British Ale II. Used starter. | |||||||
| Log: | Tried to ferment around 65-68 degrees for first few days (evaporative cooler method), then let it settle out after 5 days to around 70F. Racked to secondary, added 1.5oz each hop to each of 2 carboys. No bags for DH. | |||||||
