This is my first attempt at All Grain brewing.
I will be brewing using the BIAB method.

| mash at 66°C for 60 minutes. raise temp to 74°C and hold for 10 minutes for mash out. let the grains drain and bring to boil. |

| Yeast: | wanted to use Fermentis , Safale S-04 English Ale yeast. Will use Danstar Nottingham instead. |

| Log: | Hops were planed to be Fuggles (60 Gr) substituted by 30 gr of Brewers Gold. Brewed Jan. 16th 2010. calculated efficiency of 71%. mesured OG of 1064. Bottled 19L on Jan. 26th 2010. FG was 1014. abv 6.6% |
